Belfast was fun!On Sunday morning I slept until eleven o'clock. Then, I had a shower and I had a traditional Irish breakfast with bacon, toasts and eggs.

Afterwards, I spoke with my Barcelona's family and I wore a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, trousers and trainers. At one o'clock I had lunch some sandwiches and two hours later I went out with my Irish friends until seven o'clock.

Finally, I had dinner some hamburgers with lettuce and bread and I went to sleep at ten o'clock.

My little holidays in Donegal!!

Last weekend my Irish family and I went to Donegal. Donegal is a little village in Ireland, but our house is near the village but is in the middle of nowhere!!

On Saturday, we got up at 12 o'clock and we had breakfast. Then , we made our suitcase and we began our trip. At 3 o'clock we had lunch and we visited Sara's uncle. Finally, we arrived to Donegal. Then we ate pizza and watched a film.

On Sunday, we got up at 12 o'clock. It was sunny and  cloudy, but we didn't do anything because Sara was sick and I felt very dizzy, so in the afternoon we went to the lake and to the beach to take some photos. At night, we watched "Da Vinci's code" and we went to sleep!

On Monday, Maeve and I got up at 12 o'clock again.. and it was raining a lot again!!! So we went to the fun fair, but we didn't spend a lot of time in this place because it began to rain AGAIN!!!!

In the afternoon, we went home and when we arrived the street shocked me a lot, because it was like a very big bin!!! AGGG!!

We found an umbrella in our garden!! (Maribel says: ???? )

Well, bye!!

Dani M., returns… :-)

July 18th, 2009

Dani MLast week we went to the Belfast Activity Centre. The monitors who were in there left us choice between two afternoon activities: rock climbing and kayaking. Some of us (including me) chose kayaking as it seemed to be very funny.

But after we found out that it was also dangerous, but in the sense of getting wet. Nobody wanted to get wet, but kayaking monitors and Maribel.. really wanted to.

They tried to make our boats sink by saying that it was impossible to change seats (between all the people in the boat). The two friends who were with me in the boat and I thought that it wasn't a good idea at all. Everyone that did not found out this tried to change seats.

As you can imagine, everyone got absolutely wet including us, because when the others saw that we weren't wet they didn't give up throwing us water until we were as wet as they were!!! "

Laia G., returns…

Laia G Today in the class we prepared our project. For lunch we had pasta or lasagne. At 1:30 p.m. we got on the coach to go to Lisburn swimming pool. In the swimming pool there are many slides and there is a lazy-river. The lazy-river is the swimming pool part of the complex.

At 5:00 p.m. I went to the the cinema with my Irish family. We went to watch Ice AGe 3. The film was funny. Finally we went home and got dinner.

Today was really fun!!!

Kisses!!

"Last Sunday I was my English family. In the morning we went to Belfast zoo and we had lunch there. I liked the zoo because it has got a lot of animals. In the afternoon we returned home and I had dinner with my English family in my host mother's sister's house. I like my family because they are very friendly and the girl, my English sister, is very chatty :-) "
