Your social program this week (which ought also to include being in a bar Saturday night for the Real Madrid-Barça game!):
- Tuesday 12th | This afternoon we'll be visiting the Parlament de Catalunya. Ironically housed in what was originally the arsenal of the fortress built to dominate the city after the 1713-14 siege, inside the building itself is a lovely one, the visit an interesting one also to discover how the Parlament works (16.00).
- Wednesday 13th | This afternoon we're going to the MACBA, Barcelona's contemporary art museum (entrance €6). Our walk also takes us into the Raval, one of Barcelona's most popular, most transformed districts, home also to the CCCB and Fernando Botero's fat cat, among other attractions (16.00).
- Thursday 14th | Come along with us to see the best known Gaudí building, the still unfinished Sagrada Familia, now in fact much advanced if you've not seen it for some time. We'll also be pottering round the feria de palmas, one of the Easter traditions in Barcelona (16.00).
- Friday 15th | Join us in the bar/on the terrace this evening at our Friday Club language exchange for another Spanish Easter tradition: finding Easter eggs (19.00-21.00)!
Meet in Reception ("C" floor), unless otherwise stated, at the times given above…
