If you do something erre que erre you're doing it stubbornly or pigheadedly, no matter what.

Eugènia, who teaches on our intensive Spanish courses in Barcelona, gives us this example in the video:

Ya le dije a Luisa que no quería quedarme a cenar en su casa y ella, erre que erre… Al final tuve que acceptar.
